Been MIA for a while... well, we've been busy!
I want to introduce the new members of our family:
Chickie, and Chickie Chickie Boom Boom. That is what the kindergarteners in my son's class named them! :)
They have been learning about chickens this past month, and just last week two lucky baby chicks were born. We agreed to adopt them and bring them home. They will live indoors for a while until they are big and strong enough to introduce them to our other hens.
Here, they are just a week old!
I haven't shared the photos I took for Comin' In Hot Rentals in here! Until now :) ... I have been taking many lately, at different locations throughout Las Vegas. All this in between marathons and Real Estate, and promoting, marketing...It's been a busy year so far! Visit us and share us to spread the word about this exciting business. Many people don't even know what these are, let alone that they can rent a Polaris Slingshot in Las Vegas.
This place in Las Vegas, recognizable by many :) Red Rock Canyon.
Another Beautiful day to photograph a beautiful home!
Unlike photographing people outdoors, the middle of the day is the best time to photograph Real Estate. Especially with light clouds like this one! You still have plenty of light, but the clouds make the picture a little more interesting. The daylight also helps while photographing inside the house. Nothing better than natural light coming in through the windows. You can see the colors more truthfully.
Now is the best time to update your listing photos! Trees are looking greener, flowers are blooming, the days are getting longer! Take advantage of the seasons to showcase your home at its best!

More Real Estate Photography in Las Vegas.
This one was a little late into the night.
Already a busy year! Looking forward to more traveling, local and out-of-state events (we have a few already booked for the next coming months!).
In the meantime: more Beautiful Las Vegas Homes!
In the following set of photographs I employed a conservative HDR editing technique to enhance the features of the home and the surrounding landscape. Adding detail and depth. The last photo is a 5-second exposure after sunset. The sky was colored mostly with the last bit of natural light from the setting sun, but also the lights around the city.
